Are you: Being followed by a doctor who understands early pregnancy? In most cases "threatened abortion" in 23 year olds the pregnancy continues normally. You need to be followed by a doctor who can actually check blood levels, ultrasound if necessary - and in some cases interventions might help. Anal bleeding is not related to miscarriage at all.
