Do not delay: Without treatment a slight infection can worsen in a short period of time. Do not delay. Get treatment now. An antibiotic will not cure an abcessed tooth. It will only control the symptoms.

Infected teeth: Infected teeth should be treated as soon as possible. Period. The longer you wait the more chance of pain, swelling, and more problems. No one can predict what will happen in your case. Much better to get antibiotics and treatment sooner.
