Hypertension: You have definite high blood pressure(hypertension) i f your blood pressure readings are accurate. Have your pcp evaluate the type of hypertension you have and treat it as soon as possible.

If those readings: Are resting blood pressure and pulse rates i would recommend a visit to your doctor very soon, especially if they are accompanied by the symptoms you describe.
