Salivary duct block: You may have a salivary gland blockage under tongue, which will create soreness and swelling. You cannot treat on own...Should see a dentist, preferably an oral surgeon. The tongue ring should be removed and not put back...Can cause tooth movement, tongue thrust, infections and other problems.

Tongue ring: The 2 red bumps could be normal anatomy. Can also be blocked salivary gland ducts. Could also be area of infection from the tongue ring (which also damage soft tissues, chip teeth, and harbor bacteria). Please leave the tongue ring out for the time being (forever would be smarter) and make an appointment to see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for appropriate professional care.
