I suspect: Some worrying is normal, but it sounds like you are worrying to the point where it is interfering with your normal life. If you are pregnant now i'd suggest talking with your OB about it when you next see him/her; you would probably find talking with a counselor or psychologist/iatrist helps too. Hope you feel better.
