Probably not: Anything is possible, but i highly doubt that exlax causes miscarriage. If you have trouble with pregnancy or chronic constipation, consult doc. Good luck.

No - but avoid.: Ex lax is a stimulant laxative that should probably be avoided in pregnancy for fear of causing dehydration - although no such data exist. Senna may be used for brief periods during pregnancy and lactation without fetal risks. Ii is not known to cause miscarriage. Try colace (docusate sodium) for constipation in pregnancy first.
