I tend to toss and turn a lot at night, with force. can that cause miscarriage in first trimester?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pregnancy: In the first trimester of preganncy the uterus is still small and well protected within the pelvic cavity (surrounded by the pelvic bones). At this stage of pregnancy it would require severe force to damage a pregnancy, like a car accident with a fractured pelvis.
