Multiple reasons: Second tm preg loss can be a result genetic (chromosomal factors), blood clotting disorders, infections, placenta/umbilical cord accidents, uterine anatomic problems, and other blood-type related probems among other things. Very sorry for your losses. You should see an OB for evaluation of these possible factors in your case. Here's hoping you can find a reason and enjoy a successful pregnancy.
