Possbily: Vomiting is usually more of a sign of morning sickness seen more commonly in early pregnancy. Cramping however can occur in normally in a pregnancy and but it could also mean that the pregnancy is abnormal. Bleeding is also a seen many times with cramping. The best thing to do is to go in and see an MD to get a sonogram and a blood pregnancy test to see what is happening.
