Seen a Neurologist?: Well, dizziness should be properly defined as lightheaded vs. Vertigo or spinning sensations. If movement is a trigger or exacerbant have you been seen either by a neurologist, otologist, or neuro-otologist? Have you had blood work done to check for metabolic issues and have you had an imaging study of the head. Are there any neurological problems such as movement problems or sensation issues?
