It's not one thing: Dizziness, fluid retention and headaches while on antidepressants is unlikely all due to the medication. Dizziness with head movement may be due to an inner ear disturbance but may occasionally be due to a stroke. If your dizziness or headache has just started recently or is worse than usual you need to be checked right away. If your physician can't see you, go to the Emergency Room.
