INSOMNIA: Most common prob seen by clinicians. She needs a thorough evaluation for underlying cause.She may need a 'sleep study'.There are many causes of sleep disorder. Changes in sleep environment, bedroom environment, psychological, drugs and medications including alcohol and caffeine, movement disorders, a variety of neurological disorders, mental illness and medical disorders must be considered.
