See allergist: There are steroid nasal sprays that work really well if pills are not helping. There is a prescription medication called singulair (montelukast) that might help. In addition to these, there are allergy shots that usually help. Some people have obstructions in the nose that need to be treated by an ENT doctor. See an allergist or ENT for treatment options.
