What pills?: Pills from the doctor? Is your room cool and dark and do you go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time? Use your bed only for sleep or sex? If you don't get tired try putting on dark sunglasses about 3 hours before it gets dark to help. Pills from your doctor or melatonin supplements are ok. Don't drink alcohol after dinner either. It will keep you awake.Good luck sleeping!
