Cancer: Concerning the possible metastasis to other organs is unclear but possible and only god or the powers at be know that answer. Just spend what time you have with your mom and enjoy the present. Hospice and your doctor is very good in helping the patient as well as the family dealing with dying as well as possible cancer developments . :)

It is very likely.: Small cell cancer of the lung is very problematic in that it has the ability to spread, metastasize , very quickly to other organs. On a more likely than not basis, per your information, it has spread. Hospice should be of great help and comfort and is appropriate.
