See below: This can be due to two things primarily - especially this time of year. First, if you are using nasal steroids, that increases the risk of nosebleeds, even minor. Second, if you live in a cold climate (especially this week), then heat will dry out the air you breathe which can dry out your nasal passages causing it to be more prone to bleeding. Try humidified air or using steam to remoisturize.
