Subtle scattered white matter on mri more conspicious than mri done in 2008 o8 for headaches and 13 for dizziness is that concerning?

MRI: Are the lesions larger? It would be helpful to better understand- conspicuous. Did you get contrast for this mri? Are the lesions enhancing? Simple non-enhancing lesions best noted on flair type MRI could likely be benign.
