Headache: Normal MRI does not rule out all the causes for the headache. You may have headache from vascular problem, allergies, cluster headaches, etc. You can get relief with medication. Consider getting a consultation with Neurologist.

Migraine?: You may still be suffering from migraines and your triggers could very well be coughing and/or sneezing.Migraines are often accompanied by what seem like odd symptoms like dizziness, nausea,clumsiness,etc.Have you talked to your family doctor about the possibilities of all the different kinds of headaches?could you ask him/her about the possibility of these being migraines and starting treatment?
