I have been suffering from headaches on the left side of my head for a year and dizziness,i've had an mri and it showed nothing can you help me please?

Vestibular migraine: Headaches on one side of the head with a recurring episodes of dizziness may be vestibular migraine since you do have a history of migraine. I would recommend seeing your local neurologist with that diagnosis in mind who will probably then put you on a beta blocker or other meds . There are other causes of dizziness but I would have to know more history.
