Headaches and dizziness for the past 5 months , have had mri and x-ray but came back clear just don't know what's causing it , can you help ?

Migraine: I'm assuming that if you had the MRI you've also had blood testing done as well? Are you sleeping normally? If the MRI and blood tests are normal and you don't have a sleep disorder, the most likely cause is migraine headache. I would recommend consulting a neurologist next.
