A member asked:

Can impaired glucose tolerance can come back to normal what causes it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: It is reflective of a tendency toward diabetes. It can return to normal, but it should encourage u to habits that normalize your blood sugar and general health. These include diet and exercise. A diet lower in starch (bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, ) and higher in low starch vegetables and low sugar fruits, is healthier for anyone. Some protein w each meal. Daily exercise, do it, anything u will do.
