I have had tonsillectomy twice already. i keep on getting sick at least once or twice a month. i notice white exudate in lingual tonsils what to do?

Suspicious sounding: How, exactly, did you have tonsillectomy twice?...Once the tonsils are 'out'. They are gone and can't cause issues anymore. As for the lingual tonsils, use normal oral hygiene when cleaning your mouth/teeth and this shouldn't be an issue. If you are really getting sick as frequently as twice each month, you should see your pcp to make sure that you don't have an underlying immune problem.
