Diagnostic criteria : Sjögren's syndrome has specific diagnostic criteria. To diagnose this your doctor will want a positive ANA test and either positive (SS-B or SS-A) antibody or a positive minor salivary gland biopsy. Dryness can be due to diseases, medications etc. while searching for a cause there are many over the counter moisturizers and Rx medications you can use for the symptoms. Ask your doc about these
