Secreting vs non: This would depend on if the tumor is secreting vs. Non-secreting. If secreting: prolactinoma-infertility and lactation, growth hormone-hypertension, diabetes, acromegaly, acth-excessive cortisol leading to hypertension, weight gain. If non-secreting tumor, there are usually problems from compression of local structures-vision: loss of peripheral vision; hormones: loss of sex hormones.
