Could symptoms of a pituitary adenoma come back after a few years after taking medicine to stop symptoms?

Pituitary adenoma: Hi. I hate to guess, but we're given no information. Statistically, the most likely thing you're talking about is a prolactinoma treated with cabergoline that went into remission and the cabergoline was then stopped. Yes, hyperprolactinemia can recur in this case.
