Improve urinary: continence & hopefully avoid surgery & need or reduce need for continence improving surgery by strengthening pelvic floor musculature. Kegel excercises can be performed in any posture from standing to lying by squeezing buttocks together whilst trying to internally rotate thighs. This muscle contraction is maintained for 10 seconds, release & repeat 10 times about 5 times/day.
