Kegel exercises are ways to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. There are lots of online videos outlining different programs. Some women will find improvement in bladder control, bowel controls and sexual function.

Kegel is primarily done by squeezing your anal area muscles as if trying to stop a bowel movement, holding that for 3-4 seconds the relaxing and then repeating that. It is to strengthen your pelvic muscles. It is primarily used in women with certain types of urinary incontinence
