Please tell me what does gassed out mean when referring to the pancreas?

Out of something?: "Gassed out" is certainly not a medical term. "out of gas" = deficient in something? Insulin (i.e. diabetes)? Digestive enzymes (i.e. diarrhea)? You need to ask whomever used that term what was meant.

Ultrasound?: Are you referring to an ultrasound report? The ultrasound beam cannot penetrate air/gas, so if there is gas within the stomach or bowel in front of the pancreas, the pancreas may not be adequately seen by the sonographer. In ultrasound jargon, the pancreas is therefore "gassed out". :)
