Depends: Trauma to a post-surgical pilonidal site can have various consequences depending on the type of surgery performed. If the wound was sutured closed, it may reopen (dehisce), and then drain fluid and possible get infected. If the wound was already open, there would be simply local effects related to the extent of the trauma.
