Several: The symptoms of hypothyroidism are vague and non-specific. Some illnesses that have overlapping symptoms include anemia, sleep apnea, depression, fibromyalgia chronic kidney or liver disease, congestive heart failure. A simple blood test can tell you if you have hypothyroidism.
