Loss cerv lordosis: Loss of cervical lordosis is more likely a result of the condition requiring fusion, and post surgical, changes. Why is there a concern re failure to fuse? What are the symptoms? If it is loss of pre surgical anatomy, then no work up is needed, but a ct can diagnose this easily if other problem are present.
