Not much if no pain: Sounds like you're describing x-ray findings that are not necessary abnormal in your age group. We all develop wear and tear (spurring) and many people have some reversal of the normal curve of the neck. If you have no pain then the findings don't mean anything. If having neck or arm pain/numbness there could be issues at the C5-6 level that could be worked up further.
