Mindfulness?: You might google "mindfulness meditation" or listen to one of the many tapes or cds on it to see if could help you capitalize on this asset! you might also visit your local yoga studio and ask the teacher there about prana, or yogic breathing. You can definitely make this skill of yours, work for you!
