Reasonable screen: As the measure makes clear - this is only to help you determine if there is a reason to seek professional help. The items are well chosen in my opinion and the scoring appears to be reasonable. A tendency to opt for extreme positives may just be a style, but such a high score would not go away entirely if you were less "enthusiastic". I think it makes sense to talk w/ a therapist at 89. Take care.
