Hypothyroid - doc had me start 30mcg synthroid (thyroxine). 4 weeks blood work was hyper.doc had me stop meds.3 weeks no meds still hyper when will levels drop?

From hyper to hypothyroidism. I take 137mcg synthroid. Year ago tsh 0.33 today its 0.015. My doc says keep taking same way I have been. I take one a day and Mondays I take half pill only. Need second opinion please. Is it bad that its close to 0.00?
