Call MD: If you have a severe/debilitating spinal headache, you will need professional help, and you need to be seen soon. For mild headaches, please call your md.

Spinal headaches: Are extremely uncomfortable. Contact the doctor who administered the spinal or go to the er. You may opt to have an epidural blood patch. In the meantime, hydrate, lay flat, and take pain medication as needed.
