See a specialist: Normal breasts are often lumpy and most are of no concern. If you or your wife are concerned about what you are feeling in her breast, she should see a breast specialist to determine whether or not there is any concern.

See your surgeon: If you are concerned about a possible breast lump, see a surgeon. The best way to know if you have a lump or if it is normal is to have an examination by a surgeon who does breast surgery.
