A doctor has provided 1 answer

Check your Calcium: Hctz can lead to to hypercalcemia especially if you are taking vitamin d or calcium supplements. This will cause lack of urine concentration by the kidney. And polyuria. This does not explain the fever. Other possibilities (diabetes) should be ruled out by a visit to your doctor.
