If you are SURE: That it was a duodenal ulcer, try ppi such as otc prilosec. Avoid alcohol, nsaids, aspirin, and caffeine. But it could have been any number of other diagnoses, such as pancreatitis or even cancer. You should see a doctor as soon as possible. Good luck.
