I've had bleeding stomach ulcers in the past and recently feel pain/flare ups. i am under quite a bit of stress. whats the best way to heal naturally?

SEE YOUR DOC ASAP: Don't mess around with possibly bleeding ulcers. You already have had complicated ulcers (bleeding), and symptoms again. U need to see a doc. Can be due to bacterial infection with h. Pylori (ever tested/treated?), meds (especially Aspirin and nsaids like ibuprofen), other causes including rare tumors causing excess acid, other. Get checked first.
