Beta-blockers: Beta-blockers such as Propranolol or metoprolol are sometimes used by public speakers or performers. They work by preventing your heart from racing, but without causing sedation or impairing your brain in any way. However, if your dose is too high, you can get dizzy and pass out, which may be worse than having stage fright, so it's important to try it out in advance.

Several: I recommend getting a thorough evaluation from a psychiatrist who is familiar with this. In my practice, I have many musicians and professionals who suffer from various forms of stage fright. Low dose Propranolol (10mgs) frequently helps them. For others, i may prescribe Alprazolam or clonazepam, which works by different mechanisms. Medications plus exposure to doing presentations works.
