It depends: On the type of pimples you get. Have you ever received treatment for this? I suggest getting a benzoyl peroxide topical wash, using it for a face wash twice/day and then use a salicylic acid 2% topical wipe on it and apply an over the counter retinol based facial cream at night. If not bettering a couple of weeks, see a dermatologist. You might need oral antibiotics or prescription topical meds.
