Hormonal influences at ur young age makes more sebum production. 1.Avoid high fat food/chocolate.2.Use noncomedogenic soaps like oil of olay, dove 3.Can continue tetracycline if recently started. 4.Not clear whether u used benzoyl peroxide, sulphur creams.If not effective tretinoid gp -good . But if planning pregnancy it is contraind.
