When can i do exercises after c-cection ?

C-section: You should not exercise for the first 6 weeks after delivery for sure until your vaginal bleeding stops. Then, the first 3 months, your c-section scar matures, so low impact exercises after 3 months and at 6 months, it's completely mature, so full range of exercises at that time.

Post OP: Most of us here on health tap defer this type of question to the surgeon caring for you. When you left the hospital you were given some specific post operative instructions, when to call the doctor and when to be seen in follow up in person in the clinic. Any restrictions to resuming normal physical activity will come from the surgeon responsible for your care.
