Daily: Develop a routine that you enjoy with a variety of different activities and do them at an intensity that doesn't make you too sore to do it again the next day. Then add 1. 1 more rep, one more minute, one more cycle every day. Start at 15 minutes and work up to 45 minutes to an hour daily.

correctly: I am not trying to be facetious. However, if you aren't familiar with exercising, working with a personal trainer may be ideal to insure you are approaching this in a safe and sensible manner.
