Normal: White spots in the tonsils absent pain, inflammation, or neck node enlargement occurs as a normal cheesy secretion accumulates within the tonsil crypts, and which spots can come and go. Tonsils are part of our immune system, which is so essential. After wwii, it became common and fashionable for many years to remove the adenoids and tonsils, which was probably misguided.
