Stomachache: There are different causes of stomach pain such as constipation, viral illness, reflux. Diabetic ketoacidosis can cause stomachache/ emesis. Her sugar is ok and has no ketones in urine which is good. Need more info to determine possible cause. If stomach ache not better/worst need to seek medical care.
