Not to worry: Without seeing the rash, my best advise is that many viral illnesses can have a rash associated with fever. As long as the rash is not purplish in hue and fades away when you press on it, it can be observed for 5-7 days. If new ones keep showing up, days after the fever. they should be seen by a doctor
