BS is quite high.: That is a really high blood sugar 28.8 mmol/l = 518.4 mg/dl. I don't know how high your blood sugars usually go. But some providers recommend that their patients be evaluated at the ER for blood sugars above 22.2 mmol/l or 400 mg/dl.
