Depression: You will benefit more from sessions with a psychotherapist or psychiatrist rather than going to the hospital.

See a mental health : Professional. Are you taking an antidepressant? A mental health professional can help you find the best treatment to help you and help to tell you if hospitalization is needed.

Talk to doctor: prescribing your Trazodone about treatment options. Ask for referrals to a therapist/ psychiatrist if you don't have one. Discuss what to do with experienced mental health professionals. Be honest about other meds you take (prescribed/OTC), prior depression, alcohol /drug use, tobacco and current stresses. Go to ER if you feel suicidal. With more help, you will get through this.
